Our relationship to our bodies, our voice, our pleasure -
is it inherent, or is it inherited?
This is where we practice choosing
what feels good for your body.
The body
is a site of memory
…and of liberation.
What a session looks like:
-
15 minutes: every session starts with a check-in. We ground, arrive in the body, and clarify your intent for our time together. Then we move into the work.
-
60 minutes: the work may include different exercises depending on what is present, and then we move into the pathway you've been building for yourself. This could include: breath and body awareness, scar tissue tending, anatomical mapping, Wheel of Consent, dearmouring, pleasure mapping, desire exploration, grief tending, Bossy Touch, sensate focus, anal massage, befriending your no, mindful erotic practice, or the Three-Minute Game. These are just some examples of the practices we do in SSE.
-
15 minutes: to bring each session to completion, there is time to savour, letting the experience land, and then we close together.
Choose your arc of sessions
This work is a practice.
I offer series of 4, 6, 8, and 12 sessions. Take some time to feel into which series works best for you right now in your life.
Possible Pathways.
I invite you to read through the options and notice what happens in your body as you read each one. Where do you notice resonance, or perhaps resistance? Feel free to share that with me during our consultation or first session.
