Somatic Sex Education (SSE) is an invitation to learn from and through your body, reconnecting with sensation, boundaries, and self-trust.

Many of us carry unspoken stories in our bodies - patterns of holding, places of numbness, longings that have never had space to be voiced. In Somatic Sex Education, we work gently and intentionally with the body to listen, to re-pattern, and to invite more aliveness.

Here, we explore sensation, boundaries, intimacy, and pleasure in grounded, embodied ways. Sometimes this looks like slowing down and learning to feel again. Sometimes it means reclaiming choice and agency. And sometimes it opens into new pathways of connection - with yourself, with others, with life itself.

This work is for people of all genders and orientations, for those healing from shame or trauma, and for those ready to deepen into presence and joy. Each session is shaped by your needs and your pace. We may draw on touch, guided practices, education, and integration time to support what is unfolding.

Over time, each session builds on the last, creating space to deepen trust, awareness, and connection with your body.
