My professional work, as a Somatic Sex Educator, focuses on guiding you through embodied, experiential learning to explore sensation, pleasure, and boundaries. This work supports healing from shame, trauma, and disconnection in a safe, nurturing space.

Immersion

We work together to unlearn old patterns, expand your nervous system’s capacity for pleasure, and support your journey toward deeper connection with yourself and others. Through consistent, guided exploration, we gather insights from your body’s wisdom and integrate new ways of being.

Collective

In the Collective, we gather in circles and workshops to explore embodiment, self-awareness, and the magic of shared experience. Through group journeys like Remember Her, we honour the tradition of women circling together, building community, and deepening our connection to our bodies.

I grew up immersed in the beauty of Cape Breton Island, NS, surrounded by the whispers of deep-rooted birch trees and the scent of salt in the air. The rugged cliffs were my playground, and the crashing waves of the deep ocean felt like dear friends.
