A community touch practice.

Each season, we gather to practice giving and receiving restorative touch within a clear, consent-based structure.

Together, we explore what it means to listen deeply, and be held in ways that nourish and restore.

This practice is inspired by the Being Held ritual of Michael Haines and Tricia Bowler, and the Welcome Home ritual co-created with Caffyn Jesse - all dear teachers of mine. It’s a practice I use within my Somatic Sex Education work and one that has become an anchor in my women’s groups, supporting the deeper work we do together.

Open to all genders, this evening offers a space to reconnect with body, in community.

This practice is for anyone longing to slow down and experience meaningful, connection - whether with oneself, with others, or with the season we are in.

You do not need any prior experience.
