Remember Her
This circle is now full, next one begins at Autumnal Equinox 2025.
There comes a moment—a call, a whisper, a pull from within—that invites us back home to ourselves.
Remember Her is a foundational journey—a space to build trust with your body and reconnect with your inner voice. Through gentle, nourishing practices, we focus on boundaries, body awareness, and the subtle art of asking for what we need. This circle invites women to slow down, listen deeply, and nourish their connection with themselves through body-based practices, ritual, and community.
Our focus is on experiential learning, allowing us to gather insights from our bodies and share in the richness of our collective experiences through:
Simple, intentional exercises designed to invite presence, connection, and body trust.
Creating space to tune into the subtle cues and wisdom held within our bodies.
Opportunities to express and share what arises, honouring each woman’s unique journey.
Offering touch and connection in a way that feels supportive, gentle, and attuned.

Remember Her:
Into the Depths
This circle will not be advertised elsewhere, if we’ve already worked together and you’re interested in joining please reach out directly.
This second circle is an evolution of the foundational work done in the first Remember Her.
It’s a space where participants are invited into deeper exploration—particularly focusing on genital mapping, internal connection, and sacred erotic practices.
While the first circle focused on building trust with the body and learning to listen to its signals, Into the Depths moves into more intimate territory, exploring sensuality, pleasure, and the wisdom held in the pelvis and genitals.
Here, we turn our attention to the innermost parts of ourselves—both physically and emotionally—creating space to meet what lives within us with curiosity, and reverence.
This journey is both tender and powerful, requiring a strong foundation of self-trust, openness, and a willingness to meet yourself in new ways.
This circle is about coming home to parts of yourself often overlooked, silenced, or forgotten—and doing so in the safety of a shared, intentional container.
Please reach out for more information.
