Five-Session Series

I’ve taken a golden thread from my group work and a golden thread from my private practice—and woven them together to create this five-session series.
This is a foundational, spacious, and intentional way to begin.
For those who feel drawn to this work but aren’t sure where to start.
For those wanting to reconnect with themselves through the body.
And for those who feel curious about Remember Her but prefer a one-on-one experience.
While the sessions are gentle in pace, they are often deeply impactful—offering a meaningful taste of what this work can open.
For many, this series becomes a doorway into something deeper.
What’s Included
Five one-on-one sessions, each 90 minutes in length.
We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the rhythm that feels right for you.
All sessions take place in person at my private clinic space on Salt Spring Island.
The Sessions
1. Honouring the Motherline + Setting Intentions
We begin by listening. You’ll share who and where you come from, and how that has shaped your relationship with your body, your sexuality, and your sense of self.
Honouring the motherline is an invitation to acknowledge the influence of those who came before you—and how their stories may still live in your body today.
I’ll invite you to set a clear intention for your sessions—something we can return to as your journey unfolds.
2. Embodied Boundaries + Empowering Voice and Choice
Through somatic practices, we explore how your body communicates boundaries—and how to use your voice to express both your limits and your desires.
This is a space to practice choosing from your own embodied awareness.
3. Telling the Story of Your Body
This session invites reflection on the stories held in your body—particularly the parts that haven’t always felt seen, heard, or honoured.
We bring presence to your relationship with your genitals, and this may include guided genital mapping as a way to listen more deeply, tend to what needs care, normalize pleasure, and consider the relationship you want to cultivate with this part of yourself.
4. Engaging the Senses + Expanding Pleasure
Here, we open to more life through conscious engagement with the senses.
Using practices like sensate focus, we explore staying present with sensation, noticing what feels good, and using your voice to move toward what feels even better.
5. Integration + Closing
We’ll reflect on what has shifted—what’s become clearer in your relationship with your body—and name what might support you moving forward.
This final session offers space to consider how you might carry this work forward—naming supportive practices and resources that can help integrate what you’ve learned into daily life.
We’ll also mark the completion of your series with care.

Booking + Payment
The full five-session series, with each session 90 minutes in length, is $550.
After receiving payment, I will personally send you an intake form to support your preparation and help us enter this work together with clarity, intention, and care.
